Prices of cheap HTC Android smartphones in Nigeria

I'll be dropping the list of affordable HTC android smartphones ranging from Android OS v2.1 (Eclair) to v4.0 ( Ice cream sandwich).
HTC offers cheap smartphones compared to others.
Samsung galaxy s II, HTC Desire V and HTC one v, can almost perform the-same task because they have the-same Android OS v4.0 ( Ice cream sandwhich)  the slight difference is in their camera mega pixel, processor speed and RAM with Samsung galaxy s II doing much better in that aspect.

 HTC Explorer also known as HTC Pico:

HTC explorer was released in October 2011, it is almost the-same size as Samsung galaxy pocket, it has a 3G Network (HSDPA 900/ 2100),  a WLAN (Wi-fi 802.11 b/g, Wi-fi hotspot), a memory card slot up to 32 GB, internal memory of 90 MB storage, 512 MB ROM and 512 MB RAM, a CPU of 600MHz, a 3.0v Bluetooth, 3.15 MP camera and  an Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread).With features like; Geo-tagging, face detection, Google search, maps, Gmail, Youtube, Google Talk and Picasa.

HTC Chacha

HTC Chacha was released in February 2011, it has a Qwerty keyboard, a WLAN (Wi-fi 802.11 b/g, Wi-fi hotspot), a v3.0 Bluethooth with A2DP, a 5 MP Camera, a secondary VGA Camera, an Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread), a memory card slot up to 32 GB with 2GB included, a CPU of 800 MHz, 512 RAM and 512 ROM. Features like; Geo-tagging, face detection, Google search, maps, Gmail, Youtube, Google Talk and Picasa.

HTC Wildfire

HTC wildfire was released in May 2010, it has a 3G Network (HSDPA 900/2100), a microSD card slot up to 32GB, a 384 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM, a CPU of 528MHz. It has a WLAN (Wi-fi 802.11 b/g, Wi-fi hotspot), a Bluetooth v2.1, a USB, 5 MP Camera and an Android OS v2.1 (Eclair) upgradable to 2.2 (Froyo). With features like;  Java enabled via Java MIDP emulator, Geo-tagging, face detection, Google search, maps, Gmail, Youtube, Google Talk and Picasa.

Also known as HTC C510e or HTC Weike. It was released in June 2011, it is almost the-same size as HTC One V, it has a 3G network (HSDPA 900/ 2100, HSDPA 850/2100), a WLAN (Wi-fi 802.11 b/g, Wi-fi hotspot), a microSD slot up to 32 GB, a 5MP camera, a v3.0 with A2DP Bluetooth, an Android OS v2.3 (Gingerbread), CPU of 800 MHz, 512 MB ROM and 512 MB RAM.
Features like; Geo-tagging, face detection, Google search, maps, G mail, YouTube, Google Talk and Picasa.

HTC one V

HTC one V was released in April 2012, it is almost thesame size as I phone 4, it has a 3G network (HSDPA 850/ 900/ 2100), a microSD slot up to 32GB, an Internal  memory of 4GB of which 1 GB is available to the user, a WLAN (wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-fi Direct, Wi-fi hotspot), a v4.0 Bluetooth with A2DP, a 5 MP camera, Android OS v4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich). HOW TO USE GLO BIS ON YOUR PC WITHOUT ANY SOFTWARE

Previously I wrote about how to use airtel bis on your pc without any software which has been rocketing. MTN BIS is still the best compared to others, because it offers unlimited data, unfortunately it cannot be used on a PC without a proxy tunneling software and most of these software are not free . Furthermore, Glo offers better services compared to Airtel in terms of BIS, With N400 you get 700mb for a week and N1400 you get 3gb of data for one month. I'm currently using the three (MTN BIS, GLO BIS & AIRTEL BIS) on my PC, I chose the one to use depending on the internet speed, so I use all the three networks Bis to surf the internet and it is working perfectly well. Why Airtel is my favorite internet service provider in Nigeria

Before I continue, this article is not an affiliate article, but an article based on my experience with Airtel Nigeria as one of the leading internet provider in Nigeria.
Below are my reasons.
1. INTERNET SPEED AND DOWNLOADING SPEED: Airtel network has a very fast internet connection and downloading speed. Downloading speed of 112-200kbps for edge 500kbps to 10.0mbps or more for 3G or HSPA.
For instance, there were some files that I tried to download with one other internet provider in Nigeria that took me several hours compared to airtel that took me just few minutes to download it.
2. AIRTEL BIS: Airtel BIS is one of the cheapest in Nigeria. As low as N1200 (blackberry social) per month. Ranging from monthly. Weekly and daily subscription. Most importantly, Airtel BIS can be used on other non blackberry smartphones.
